• Led Strategy, Mechanical & Styling teams for Dispatch™ Vehicles product lineup.

• Created a proprietary ideation algorithm for modular product ideation in CAD.

• Established the 45-day new product development cycle using automated Iterative product ideation.

• Reduced tooling costs by 50% at ideation level by implementing relevant factors into the proprietary algorithm.

• Managed core team of 15 members for production engineering for Dispatch Scooter 3.5 and LiteScooter™.

• Supervised prototype builds for Scooter 3.5 at supplier’s production facility

• Set up facility in Bangalore for core R&D.

• Responsible for development of modular 4W EV platform for Commercial vehicles across L7E and LCV categories.

• Created all marketing collateral and presentation decks for fundraising and marketing efforts.

• Developed the dispatch vehicles website and handled SEO with systems for lead generation and hiring.

• Recruited and managed core development teams.

• Established real world vehicle testing strategy for B2B use cases.

• Pitched to numerous VCs, Angel investors and Strategic investors.
